Cancellation Policy

Catering Policy Statement To help us prepare the freshest and highest quality ice cream sandwiches for your event, we base our pricing on the estimated number of guests provided at the time of booking. This number determines how much product we bring and reserve exclusively for your event. Please note: The final invoice will reflect the number of guests agreed upon in advance, regardless of actual attendance. We cannot adjust pricing after the event based on turnout, as the costs for preparation, staffing, and inventory remain the same. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to make your event a sweet success!
